Would you like to prepare your paper work prior to the sale?
Due to unethical attempts by fraudulent sellers We will no longer accept consigned items mailed from out of state unless the seller attends the auction in person.
Just follow these steps;
Step 1. Download and print our contract at the Word icon below.
Step 3. Fill in your contract, and Label your items with the seller number assigned you followed by the item number (example) ~ ( 21 -37 ) ~ please underline the seller number. Use white labels and blue or black pen only.
Step 4. Bring your contract to the auction setup and we'll sign it and make a copy.

This contract is only for our regular monthly auction at the Jefferson County fair Park. The commission structure on the contract is only intended for individuals who deliver their items to the facility & set them up personally. If we arrange pickup the commission is subject to change.
