I realize this is opening day of deer season, so we will be offering a viewing of the Car during the week prior to the sale. Absentee bids will be accepted on the more expensive items.
ITEMS FOR TAG SALE
These items will be offered for sale starting at 9:am on Saturday. We will have a sign in sheet by the front porch.
RULES; The number of people at a time will be determined that morning. Once the items in the carriage house have been auctioned off we will move to the house, at which time the tag sale will end, and everything left will be sold to the highest bidder. Estimated time in the carriage house is about an hour, and start selling at 10:am. I will allow viewing of the carriage house at 8:30 am, so you will have an opportunity to see those items prior to the tag sale. Items on the back porch will not be included in the tag sale, but will be available to view on the way to the cashier. There will be two tags, so if you want the item you will remove the white tag and turn it into the cashier. If you decide the price is more than you want to pay, you can either wait and bid on the item during the auction, or leave an absentee bid. ABSENTEE BIDS will require payment in advance that can be refunded or recalculated when picked up later that day. Arrangements will have to be made at that time for absentee bid items not picked up on Saturday. 10% Buyer Fee (premium) still applies to the tag sale as well as the auction.
